Client Services Director (Part-Time)

Starting at 22 hours/week • Starting at $25/hr • Some evenings required

WomanCare Pregnancy Centre is seeking a compassionate and organized Client Services Director to oversee our client support services and ensure high-quality care for individuals and families accessing the centre. This part-time role includes supervising client support staff, providing direct care, and supporting the development of client programs.


About the Role

The Client Services Director plays a key leadership role in ensuring clients receive safe, supportive, and client-centered care. This position involves a blend of administrative coordination, team leadership, and hands-on client support through one-to-one appointments, groups, referrals, and resource navigation. Some evening work is required for programs and centre events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Offer direct client care, including one-on-one support sessions

  • Facilitate client programs

  • Maintain client files and service documentation

  • Provide oversight and support to volunteers

  • Assist with referrals and coordination of community resources

  • Track service statistics and contribute to reporting

  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of client care practices


Qualifications

  • Diploma/degree in a related field (social work, counselling, community support, health services, etc.) or equivalent experience

  • Experience providing supportive, non-judgmental client care

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to supervise and mentor staff or volunteers

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic web-based tools

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
